As an Apple Authorized Service Provider we offer full-service support and repair on Apple computers. In addition to cost savings and the convenience of an on-campus location, the computer you purchase will be compatible with Â鶹´«Ã½'s network and wireless access.
Service & Support
Â鶹´«Ã½ Tech Center provides free diagnostics and repair quotes on Macs for students, faculty and staff regardless of warranty status. A $30 diagnostic fee may apply. The fee is waived if you opt for service with us.
Drop off your Mac within tech center hours, or make an appointment for a time slot with a certified technician.
Please note: Diagnostics and repairs are available only on Apple laptop and desktop computers.

Return Policy:
- Opened Apple products are ineligible to be returned.
- Apple.com or other online vendor purchases cannot be returned to the Norris Tech Center.
- All returns for Apple product must be returned within 14 days of purchase and with a valid receipt.
