Reservation
The ESports Club will have weekly practice and competition on Wednesday and Thursday evening, which means that most stations will not be available.
Reservations for general use are not available to anyone outside of the ESports Club.
Usage
- The Nexus Gaming Lounge is FREE for all Âé¶¹´«Ã½ students. A university Net ID is required to log in.
- There is a limit of 10 hours a week to use the computers. After 10 hours, you may not log in until the week is reset.
- These computers are dedicated computers for computer gaming and are not meant for someone watching a movie, or work on their paper.

May I bring my own headphones and keyboards to play?
- Yes. USB plugs are readily available at the front of the computer.
- Please do not bring anything that requires Bluetooth.
There is a game I would like to play; may I download it?
- No. Please do not download any games. All titles available in the Nexus Gaming Lounge must go through thorough testing first to ensure they run smoothly within our system. Please consider submitting your request via the .
May I reserve the Nexus Gaming Lounge for my group to host gaming tournaments?
- Yes, this is only available for student organizations. Please submit a request with the Game Room reservation form. Click on the event reservation page to learn more.
May I reserve a computer to use later?

At this time, the reservation system is available only to the E-Sports team for practices and tournaments. Reservations are not offered to the general public. All gaming PCs are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.”
The Nexus Gaming Lounge accepts requests for new game installations throughout the academic year. Each spring quarter, a committee of students, faculty, and staff reviews all submissions and provides recommendations.
While we’d love to accommodate every request, we are currently unable to support paid licensed games—this feature is still being tested. Once paid licensed game support is ready, all submitted titles will be tested, reviewed, and considered for approval.
Games that are approved will be tested and installed during the Summer and available in the Fall.
