TimelyCare allows Âé¶¹´«Ã½ to provide a hybrid model of care that includes 24/7 access to select support and expands the options available to students seeking mental health resources. They offer both scheduled counseling services and on-demand access to a mental health practitioner.
Breathe is a stress management resource, created for Âé¶¹´«Ã½ undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. In Breathe, you will find a variety of guided meditations and breathing practices to help you deal with stress.
We may not be able to eliminate the stresses of life, but we can develop positive coping skills to reduce the negative impact stress has on our mind, body, and spirit. We can decrease perfectionism and self-criticism, as well as enhance our confidence and wellbeing.
