Interpersonal Process Groups
Based on the work of Irvin Yalom, Interpersonal Process (IP) groups use interactions within group members to foster self-awareness and personal growth. The goal is to help you learn more about yourself and improve your interpersonal relationships by forming connections with group peers based on mutual respect, trust, and deeper and effective communication. Group members offer each other support, validation, and feedback. Members can discover what roles they tend to play in groups and safely try out new ways of relating outside the IP group environment.
