Molly R Voss (she/her/hers) joined Â鶹´«Ã½ as a Resident Director in January 2026 as the Northeast RD. Molly is from Hoffman Estates, IL and has lived in the Northwest Chicago suburbs her whole life. Molly went to Western Illinois University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration. She was incredibly involved in Residence Life, Fraternity and Sorority Life, Orientation, and Student Activities. She then went onto receive her Master of Science at Illinois State University in Higher Education Administration. Prior to coming to NU, Molly worked as a Residence Director at Lake Forest College for 2.5 years.
Molly lives on campus with her husband, John, and dog, Gomez. She got married at Disney Springs! She loves to read, listen to crime podcasts, play video games, and collecting records. She enjoys spending time with her husband and walking Gomez around campus.
