Adrian Gershom is an adjunct professor within Â鶹´«Ã½'s Master of Science in Energy and Sustainability (MSES) Program.
He currently serves as Principal Consultant at Offshoot and on the Advisory Board of B Local Illinois.
As Principal Consultant at Offshoot Consulting, Adrian develops sales and marketing strategies for B2B organizations that integrate positive social and environmental impact as a source of growth and innovation. His mission is to equip purpose-driven and sustainability-focused businesses with the tools, insights, and support needed to build credible, resilient brands that create lasting value.
A longtime advocate for the B Corp movement, Adrian has spent nearly 15 years advancing the use of business as a force for good. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of B Local Illinois, the nonprofit that connects and supports Certified B Corporations across the state.
Adrian earned his degree summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, completed the Next Economy MBA program with Lift Economy, and is a Birkman Certified Professional.
